This one is thanks to my friend, Kate. She didn't know she was giving me an idea for Bright-Yellow when she tweeted about Good Day Extra but her tweet was so great, that I now love the site (even if it's not very pretty!).Good Day Extra is Fox Chicago entertainment reporter David Viggiano's blog. I admit I'm not a Fox Chicago watcher but Kate apparently watches and thank goodness she does. On Good Day Extra, Viggiano posts freebies and deals in the Chicagoland (yep, suburbs too) area. Earlier this week, The Bull & Bear restaurant offered free grilled cheese and tomato soup if you mentioned the blog (you know I was devastated to miss that one!). Yesterday Viggiano let readers know about a free performance by Million Dollar Quartet taking place tonight (6:30PM Millennium Park) and today's post featured a 9" pizza for $1.50 in Hoffman Estates!
It appears that Viggiano writes Good Day Extra Monday - Friday only so hop on, check it out, and score yourself a deal!
